As for the plot of the series, we have quite a unique plot that has never been seen before. So, the main protagonist of the series is an alien. He was wandering around Earth when his spaceship broke down and crashed on the surface. Here, in order to survive among the humans, this creature takes on the identity of a doctor living in Colorado. Now, the plot follows this alien around in the human world as he is trying to adapt to his new lifestyle. He is also in a moral dilemma of his secret mission. All this while, he also has to go through the nuisances created by a boy who can recognize his true identity. This lad is just 9 years in age but has made out that the doctor is actually an alien. The series, since the point in time it has released on television, has been immensely famous. The most important factor that contributes to the popularity of this show is its special plotline which is nothing like the other sitcoms we have around.
Resident Alien Season 1 Episode 7 – Cast and recap
Another fact that makes the Resident Alien popular is its ensemble cast that does a great job in bringing the characters to life. The list includes Alan Tudyk reprising the role of Captain Hah Re, the alien who has taken the form of Dr. Harry Vanderspeigle. Then we have Sara Tomko enacting the character of Asta Twelvetrees who does the job of an assistant to the town doctor. Corey Reynolds plays the part of Mike Thompson. He is also known as Big Black among the locals living in the town and is the sheriff. Then we have Alice Wetterlund who reprises the role of D’Arcy Bloom. She is the bar owner of the town and is a very cool person. Levi Fiehler enacts the character of Ben Hawthorne. He is the young and the newly elected mayor of Colorado. Judah Prehn does the part of Max Hawthorne. This is the little boy whom we discussed earlier. He can see Harry for what he actually is and not for what he pretends to be. When the show started off, we saw how an alien spaceship is blown off by the act of lightning and has a brutal landing at Patience. It is a place near Colorado. Initially, the plan of Hah Re, the alien, was to kill everyone living on Earth and establish the dominance of his race on the planet. But now that he is completely ruined and no one to back him out, Hah Re takes on a human form in order to adjust with everyone. Max, the boy who can see Harry’s true identity, comes across the problem of a sore throat. Thus, he is taken to Harry but the kid is quite aware of who the doctor actually is. This is why Harry starts to find out ways by which he can kill Max.

A lot goes on from this point and recently, we have seen that Harry was given a bit of shock by a mystery visitor. They give him the idea of marriage which is a human ritual to have a cemented relationship with their better halves. Last time, in the sixth episode of the show we saw that Harry is now very jealous of the perfect new town doctor that has been hired by the mayor. Resident Alien season 1 episode 7 is scheduled to release on the 10th of March 2021 and is called The Green Glow. In this episode, we will witness how Harry is going through moments of self-doubt and thinking of himself as a failure.
