Dominic Richard Harrison is professionally known as Yungblud, was born on the 5th of August 1997. In 2018, he published his debut EP, Yungblud. This was followed by a full-length album 21st Century Liability shortly after the EP debut. This was also his debut studio album. And was released on the 16th of July 2021. In the coming year, Yungblud released another EP called The Underrated Youth. His second album, Weird!, got released in late 2020 on the 4th of Dec. It was originally scheduled to release on the 13th of November 2020 but was rescheduled due to the pandemic. And also peaked at the UK Albums Chart and had also reached number 75 on the US Billboard 200.
Early and Personal life
Dominic Harrison or Yungblud was born on the 5th of August 1997 to parents Samantha Harrison and Justin Harrison. He was bought up in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England. Harrison attended the famous Arts Educational School London, an independent performing arts school based in Chiswick in the London Borough of Hounslow. He first appeared in Emmerdale, a fictional British soap opera set in Emmerdale, a fictional village in Yorkshire Dales. And then in The Lodge, which is a British musical drama and mystery television series. It aired on Disney Channel in the United Kingdom on the 23rf of September 2016 and on Disney Channel in the United States on the 17th of October 2016. This was before beginning his career in music. On the 24th of March 2018, he attended the March For Our Lives rally, and then on the 30th of May 2020, Yungblud attended the George Floyd protests for Black Lives Matter in California. At a very young age, Harrison was diagnosed with ADHD. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder that can be identified by inattention, excessive activity, and impulsivity and otherwise not appropriate for a person’s age. Due to this, he was a troublesome child in school. And was also at school and was also suspended from the school as he ‘moon’ his maths teacher because of a dare given to him by a friend. He also admitted in 2018 that he has insomnia. And in 2020, he talked to the Evening Standard and admitted that he had attempted suicide twice. Yungblud described himself as sexually fluid in august 2019 in an interview with Attitude Magazine. In another one of the interviews with the magazine in December 2020, he called himself pansexual and polyamorous.
Who is Yungblud Dating?
Harrison is has had a dating history with American singer Halsey for several months. But in October 2019, Halsey confirmed their breakup. She has also stated that the time that she spent with Yungblud was the best, and she has been the happiest at that time. Infact the song ‘Beautiful Stranger’ is about him. Almost a year later, he was in a relationship with the British singer, songwriter, and podcaster Jessie Ware. But the two broke up as Harrison thought that they were better off as friends. To its Jesse Ware’s has also commented that they split up on good terms, saying that ‘Sometimes people just break up, not because something bad has happened or someone f**ked up, but it’s just that the life is constantly changing and adults move on and stay friends. Currently, in 2021 Yungblud is said to be dating Jesse Jo Stark. But the two have been very low-profile about this, and there is not much that they have revealed about their relationship.
